Money Order
We do accept money
order, however it does take 2-3 business days to clear. Once the money order clear we will ship your order. If you do choose
to pay with a money order we ask for it to make it payable to: Scentual Healing Aromatherapy c/o Kimara Copeland, 83 South

Delivery Carrier/Shipping

ship all orders via UPS. When we process and ship orders we will contact our customers via email with the tracking number
and expected delivery date of the order. If you have any question(s) pertaining to the delivering of your order email: scenthealingaroma@yahoo.comPLEASE NOTE: UPS charges us a $5.00 fee
to reroute packages that in which has an incorrect address. Please check your information is correct in the cart. CAREFULLY!!!
We will pass the $5.00 fee on to you in the event that you give the incorrect address. Shipping charges are based on the weight
of your package. UPS base their rates on the weight of a package and the distance it is travelling. We do the same.
All items leave us in excellent condition and responsibility for the package ends when it leaves our hands. Any refused shipments
will be billed shipping charges. Once we ship the package(s) out, we are not responsible for damage shipment or lost of shipment.
In the case a shipment is lost or damage you are to call the carrier. We don't put insurance on shipment unless
requested by the customer. To insure your shipment there is a $2.00 additional fee.
Not Satisfied? Refund Policy
While
we hope this never is the case. If so, Scentual Healing Aromatherapy do not give refunds. Due to that our products are handcraft
as requested. Therefore, to protect the integrity of our products, we do not accept returns.
Cancel Order
If you
want to cancel an order you have up to 24 hours to cancel. If its not cancelled within 24 hours we will start to make the
product(s) requested and it will be shipped out and you will still be charge as usual.
